Issues needing assistance include (but are not limited to): medical, security, fan disturbances, and customer service. From a personal cell phone, text Vols <space>, issue and location of incident to 69050 (inlcude section number, row, and seat number). You will recieve an automatic reply message acknowledging the receipt of your message. If there is insufficient information it will ask for a more complete message.
